Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website.  All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.  You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Duties and Taxes

You are responsible for duties and taxes outside Singapore. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of the duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws.

Your Account

Exchange and Refund Policy (Singapore Outlets Only)

New, unused full-price merchandise purchased at store retail store may be exchange at any boutique with an original receipt within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, the merchandise may not be exchanged.

We offer a no-refund policy on all merchandises, however, for merchandise qualifying for an exchange, item may be exchange for store credits which may be used at our Singapore outlets only.

Merchandise on sale may not be exchanged or returned. All merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, otherwise, an exchange would not be allowed.

We reserve the right to reject any form of exchange without the original receipt.

  1. ¿Cómo se que talla es mi perro? 
    Tienes que medir con una huincha el perímetro del cuello por la superficie dónde irá el collar puesto. No debes forzar la huincha, ni tomar la medida muy apretada (El perro tiene que tragar, respirar y no sentirse ahogado).  


  2. ¿Hacen envíos dentro de Santiago? 
    Si, principalmente realizamos envíos a través de Starken o Nuestro propio sistema de despachos o retiro previa coordinacion. Si tienes algún problema con tu envío puedes llamarnos al +569 99929159. 
    Dividimos Santiago en diferentes sectores, donde cada sector tiene un costo de despacho diferente. 

  3. ¿Hacen envíos a región?
    Si, nos importa mucho que la gente de región pueda comprar nuestros productos. Por esta razón es que hacemos envíos por Starken (Tur Bus) gratuito a todo el país.
    Los envíos por empresas como correos chile o chilexpress van por parte del cliente.

  4. ¿Cuánto se demoran los envíos? 
    Los productos se envían luego de 10 días hábiles máximo, luego dependerá de la distancia entre Santiago y la ciudad de destino el tiempo que tome la empresa (en este caso Tur Bus o Starken) en enviarlo. 

  5. ¿De que material son los collares? 
    Los materiales que conforman principalmente los collares es: tela 100% algodón, Cinta de Nylon (resistente) y hebillas metálicas doradas.
     
  6. ¿Cuales son las políticas de devolución o cambio?
    Como toda tienda tienes hasta 30 días para hacer el cambio de tu producto, este debe venir en perfectas condiciones, con el sello en la hebilla y sin uso o manchas en la tela, los costos de envíos, corren por parte del cliente, excepto en casos de error por parte de la tienda,  en envío del producto.
    Productos hechos a medida, y collares ergonómicos no tienen cambio, ya que al ser hechos a medida, no cumplen con estándares de tallas normales, por esto es que siempre estaremos ayudándote a tomar las medidas de la mejor manera y que no existan estos errores. Tallas Xl y Xxl no tienen cambios ni devoluciones ya que son hechos a medida.
  7. Si quieres la devolución porque el producto no cumple expectativas u otros, tienes 3 dias desde la llegada del producto para reenviar. Debes hacer llegar el producto en perfecto estado de vuelta a la tienda (los costos de envío corren por parte del cliente) y desde la llegada del producto a la tienda se hará nota de crédito y se hará la devolución (descontando costo de envío), en los siguientes 7 días hábiles. 
    Las devoluciones no se harán en caso que desees cancelar tu compra, para esto tienes 24 horas desde que hiciste la compra.
